	Should we work on more than a few habits at a time? &amp;nbsp;Can we really break unhelpful habits?&amp;nbsp;Can we totally wipe them out?&amp;nbsp;What about when we have a momentary setback, how do we stay hopeful and keep going&amp;nbsp;with building better habits?&lt;/p&gt;
