SEEKING SILENCE
Tap into the healing power of your own inner silence

With Anthony Strano & Gopi Patel
Saturday 9th June 2012

Hosted by Charan Gill MBE

Inner Peace and Silence is the key to the healing of mind, body and soul.
Our modern world generates a cacophony of sound.
This background noise we have become accustomed to ‘masks’ the inner noise we generate - our daily experiences, problems unresolved, neglected relationships, our fears about tomorrow.
By learning to take notice of the present, to be aware of and live in the now, to leave behind dwelling on the past or worries about the future, we can achieve inner balance, tranquillity and peace.
Seeking Silence is a helpful guide to taming useless thoughts of past regrets and anxiety about possible future events.
It leads us to a calm awareness of all that is happening to the mind and body, whilst not being distracted by events that we cannot change and have no control over.
Let Anthony Strano and Gopi Patel help you realise the profound benefits of silence and discover a deeper understanding of spirituality, through sharing personal experiences of practising active inner silence and providing useful tools to guide you, including:
Reflections: to help you contemplate aspects of silence.
Peaceful Thoughts: to quieten the mind and experience silence.
Take a Moment Exercises: practical exercises to help you
explore your inner world and expand your awareness.
“Through silence we can transform confusion into clarity,
anxiety into trust, blame into responsibility,
and bitterness into forgiveness...the alchemy of silence is unlimited.”
