Our shop, your source of self-development resources, is a friendly helpful space to find vital materials to help your spiritual progress. Come and explore - you will find…….

a wide range of CDs of meditation and relaxation music;
many DVDs of lectures and events and films about spirituality;
we have a wide variety of books on vegetarian cookery, Raja Yoga meditation and spiritual topics that will help you relax, boost self-esteem, regain a positive life perspective and help you manage stress;
greetings cards;
magazines to inspire positive change;
spirituality-related posters:
small gifts for you enjoy as a treat, or for those you love.

These resources are here for the first-time visitor or experienced student; many materials are available in a variety of languages – English, Gujarati, Hindi, Punjabi and Tamil.

The shop service is available when Inner Space is open – Monday to Saturday 10.00am to 6.00pm (Tuesday 8.00pm) – if no-one is in the shop, just let us know and we’ll open it for you.

Quiet room

This is a specially created oasis of peace and quiet; a space to step in to and chill-out; a sanctuary away from the hustle and bustle where you can just “be” and enjoy the chance to have time to your self and for your self.

Exhibition

A picture says more than a thousand words; our beautiful exhibition is a series of wonderful, lifesize artwork to help answer many of the questions a spiritual quest raises. One picture can be just what is needed to provide a simple(r) answer to a complex question.

Library

We have a library of spiritual materials especially to help advanced students of Raja Yoga meditation develop themselves further.

Seminar room

Our main seminar room, with the capacity to seat 120, hosts our library and exhibition and provides a wonderful venue for the majority of our events.

Course rooms

For privacy and to give students focussed and individual attention, we have two course rooms dedicated to one-to-one tuition and small group activities.
