Did you ever wonder why and how all of that works? Tonight we will explore how continuous ‘soul consciousness’ can pour oil on the ripples of life and help heal and strengthen all relationships.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Matthew Stephenson&lt;/strong&gt; has explored a diverse range of careers including farming, catering for royalty and teaching the ancient  Indian art of Hatha Yoga.  During a particularly stressful period of his life his path of exploration led him to turn to meditation.  Matthew has been studying and teaching with the Brahma Kumaris World Spiritual University for over twenty years.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Joy Rendell &lt;/strong&gt;is an occupational therapist by profession with a deep interest in the mind-body connection.  She’s a volunteer with the Janki Foundation, a charity which is dedicated to whole-person healthcare. Joy has been exploring Non-Violent Communication concepts for 4 years and following the path of Raja yoga for 30 years.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Andelo Tabu&lt;/strong&gt; is an ICT manager for a small charity in Vauxhall.  He also works for the Community Alcohol and Drugs Service in Brent where he  teaches ‘mindfulness’ to people who are affected by drugs and alcohol.  Andelo, started studying and teaching Raja Yoga meditation over 20 years ago.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Alka Patel&lt;/strong&gt; has been leading a spiritual life from a very young age and is an open hearted and generous person who combines administrative skills with natural creative ability.  She is responsible for communications at the International Co-ordinating Office of  the Brahma Kumaris situated in northwest London.&lt;/p&gt;
