Lectures
Every Tuesday, 6.45 – 7.45pm, we have an experienced teacher share their thoughts on a spiritual topic: to be real and effective, spirituality has to be practical. Here are opportunities to find practical methods to deal with life with awareness.
Courses
Starting with the nuts and bolts of spirituality, each aspect of self-development is explored in the courses we run. Our seven regular courses are specially designed to provide you with the knowledge, practical tools and experience in order to self-develop. Topics covered include meditation, positive thinking and overcoming anger.
Special Events

Women's Empowerment Group
Get involved in our weekly meeting of women ready to explore spiritual issues in everyday life; come and look after your own needs in an open, friendly and supportive environment. Here is your opportunity to participate, to develop self-understanding, to build inner strength and be your authentic self.
Retreats
Taking time out is a vital part of improving life’s quality and re-charging the spirit. The One-day Retreat is an opportunity to step off the conveyor belt of life; to spend time in a peaceful, spiritual atmosphere and to explore our everyday experience. Topics include self identity (the basis of real inner power) and the art of creating and maintaining harmony in our relationships.
